What you need to know about a permanentpitch
The quality and appeal of the park have everything to do with the appearances of the campgrounds and the individual mobile homes or chalets. Therefore, there is standard in place that determines the maximum age of a mobile home or chalet (see contract and terms and conditions of sale). Your mobile home or chalet is therefore guaranteed to always be surrounded by other good quality mobile homes or chalets. This way, the appearances of the entire grounds (including your spot) remain optimal at all times.
Below a few more details about a permanent site at one of Molecaten’s Parks:
Stay
The season, in most cases, runs from April to October/November. A few parks are (partially) opened in the winter. More information regarding this can be obtained at the reception at your park of choice.
Guests
It is possible to receive guests in your mobile home, chalet or summer cottage. If you wish to do so, please inform the reception. At a few parks there is a payment due for guests. Other parks have the option of registering certain guests that frequently stay with you as fellow-campers for a one-time fee. They may then freely use your mobile home, chalet or summer cottage.
Transfer
When selling a mobile home, chalet or summer cottage while retaining your permanent site, the Molecaten terms and conditions of sale apply. Ask the reception for these terms and conditions of sale before entering an agreement.
Conditions
You enter a permanent site agreement with the park of your choice. The nationally recognized Recron conditions apply to this agreement. Each park has its own camping regulations. These regulations as well as the conditions are available at the reception.
